Become a Vendor

I understand that a public outdoor event at rodeo grounds involves inherent and potential risks, including uneven ground, weather, wind, dust, vehicular and pedestrian traffic, equipment, temporary structures, electrical connections, animals, other participants, and acts or omissions of third parties. I voluntarily accept the risks of bodily injury, illness, property loss or damage associated with my participation, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, I, on behalf of myself and the Vendor identified below, release and covenant not to sue the Released Parties for claims for ordinary negligence arising out of the Vendor’s Event participation, including injury, death, theft, property loss, or damage. This release does not apply to claims that cannot lawfully be waived, including gross negligence, recklessness or intentional misconduct where such exclusions are required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vendor agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from third-party claims, liabilities, damages and reasonable costs (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from Vendor’s products, services, setup, operation, staff, contractors or breach of this Agreement, but only to the extent caused by Vendor’s negligent or wrongful acts or omissions. This provision does not require Vendor to indemnify a Released Party for that party’s own negligence or wrongful conduct.

Vendor is responsible for safe installation, operation and removal of its booth; proper canopy anchoring or weighting; securing merchandise, equipment, extension cords and signage; supervising its personnel; keeping paths and emergency routes open; and removing trash and materials at teardown. Vendor will promptly address hazards and follow reasonable safety, fire and site directions from organizers or authorities.

Vendor is solely responsible for all licenses, permits, approvals, taxes, product compliance and insurance required by law or appropriate to its activity. Food or beverage vendors must comply with applicable health and food-safety requirements. Vendor will provide documentation of required permits or insurance upon reasonable organizer request. Neither the Event nor the organizers insure Vendor’s inventory, business, equipment or personal property.

Electricity is available only for approved electric-space reservations ($60), subject to site capacity and organizer instructions; standard non-electric spaces are $40. Vendor must use safe, appropriate equipment and disclose material power needs. Generators, cooking/heating equipment, open flames, amplified sound, trailers and animals require organizer approval where applicable. No power capacity or uninterrupted service is guaranteed.

Vendor agrees that its booth placement, permitted activities and participation remain subject to organizer approval. Organizers may require unsafe activity to stop or may remove a vendor for serious or repeated noncompliance. Weather, emergencies or circumstances beyond organizer control may require Event modification, delay or cancellation. Any payment, refund or cancellation terms must be separately communicated in writing; this waiver does not establish a refund policy.

I affirm that I am at least 18 years old, am authorized to sign for the Vendor named below, have read and understood this Agreement, and sign voluntarily. If signing on behalf of a business or organization, I agree to bind that entity. This Agreement is intended to bind the Vendor and, as applicable by law, my successors and legal representatives. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law.

By initialing and signing below, I confirm that I received this Agreement, had an opportunity to ask questions, understand that I am waiving certain legal rights, and agree to comply with the responsibilities stated above.
